The Numeric Formatter SDK exposes the NumericFormatter assembly (ArchestrA.Client.NumericFormatter.dll) and namespace.

This assembly includes the FormatInfo and NumericFormatter classes, and the FormatStyle, FormatType, and QualityFormatType enumerations.
