Summary: Wonderware PacWest seeks a Preferred Account Manager (PAM). The position purpose is to develop recurring profitable Sales within existing Preferred Accounts and with new accounts within assigned sales region(s), primarily via phone and email. Also, to promote product and company awareness with new and existing customers while facilitating the highest levels of customer support and satisfaction, as a key member of the assigned Vertical Sales Team(s).

Summary: Wonderware PacWest seeks a Technical Support Specialist and Product Trainer to provide first tier technical phone/email support to users of Wonderware software products. This position will work with sales account managers, end users and developers for software support, including troubleshooting, problem analysis, and providing solutions. This is not a position for technical support as a network admin. This position is a highly technical position on Wonderware software products. Summary: Wonderware PacWest seeks a System Consultant to provide technical sales (solution selling) to customers, SI Eco-Partners, and Vertical Sales Team members. Provide continuous cross training to our technical support staff, and engage in field services opportunities that create profitable license sales. A successful candidate must maintain a high degree of industry knowledge and awareness, including trends, technology advancement, and significant accomplishments by others in the business, state of the competition, significant events related to our business and the customer’s businesses. In addition, they maintain a thorough understanding of the customers business, including their products and processes, markets served, key customers, industry dynamics that effect the customer’s business and events that influence the customer’s profits. As well as identify the customer’s Critical Success Factors (CSF), Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and key initiatives in order to support development of account plans, sales strategies, and project justifications.
