What does your tuition cover?
Tuition includes instruction, course materials*, computer time, breakfast, lunch and a variety of snacks. Other meals, transportation, lodging and all other expenses are the responsibility of the student.
* All Wonderware Training materials are copyrighted by Wonderware or its suppliers and cannot be duplicated, reproduced or transmitted in any form without prior written permission by Wonderware.
What is your cancellation policy?
If a student cancels registration in a Wonderware PacWest class, tuition charges are refundable ONLY if a cancellation notice is received by Wonderware PacWest at least two (2) weeks prior to the first day of class. If a cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the first day of class but more than two (2) business days prior to the first day of class then a service charge of 50% of the tuition will be assessed. Those failing to give at least two (2) business days notice of will be liable for the full tuition.
When are your classes scheduled and when do they start & end each day?
The class schedule is based upon demand. Because Wonderware PacWest covers such a large area, classes are most often held in metropolitan areas such as Portland and Calgary. If there is a particluar class you would like to attend and/or don't see it on the list, please contact your Account Manager or our Technical Services Manager.
Classes generally start at approximately 8:00 am each day and end approximately between 4:30 pm and 5:00 pm. (Check your course confirmation for exact times.)
Do you offer onsite training?
Yes, we offer onsite customer training programs at your facility. These classes can be held at your location, or at a nearby hotel or training facility. Onsite training allows us to customize the training to meet the specific needs of your company. We can modify any of our existing courses, or design a tailor made course with your input to custom-fit your training needs.
Wonderware PacWest provides the training materials, all necessary software to conduct the training class, and can supply the computer equipment. The customer will supply the classroom. Contact the Technical Services Manager for a tuition and fees estimate for your particular onsite training needs.
How do I pay for a scheduled class?
Registration for Wonderware PacWest classes must be handled via a valid Purchase Order either directly through your Account Manager, Inside Sales Rep, or our Technical Services Manager.
What is the attire when attending a course?
Recommended attire is business casual.
How are your classrooms set up?
Because we provide a high level of hands-on training in all of our courses, each student has his/her own PC. The instructor can then provide individualized attention to each student's exercises and applications.
